岗位描述：
1. Analyze market data, business trends and operating metrics to aid investment decision-making.
2. Source qualified targets based on Group’s business strategy and investment focus.
3. Evaluate potential targets for strategic investment, acquisition, joint venture, and business development deals, and make proposals to the management team and to the investment committee. .
4. Structure and execute deals, including modeling, due diligence, negotiations and closing. Be able to lead teams with high quality.
5. Monitor performance of portfolios and help solve problems, if any, between the portfolio companies and Group’s BU.
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above and Strong business sense and strategic thinker
2. Solid understanding of financial models and the investment models, well connected in the industry.
3. Leadership potential, positive working attitude and good team working spirit.
4. Must have at least 4 years of deal experience, with the Associate VC experience preferred, experience in business-related investment priorities, with finance companies for business communication experience preferred
5. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
6. May travel on business frequently
