工作职责
1. Responsible for handling the execution and documentation work of corporate finance projects;
2. Liaise with clients, professional parties and regulators;
3. Ensure smooth and timely reporting to regulators on corporate finance project related matters;;
4. Assist in management reporting, performing due diligence review, project risk assessment and feasibility study.
岗位要求
1. A recognized Degree in Accountancy or related professional qualification;
2. 2 years or above relevant experience;Holder of RA6 licence;
3. Hands-on experience in documentation of corporate finance projects;
4. Possess initiative and strong work ethics;Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Mature, independent, able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
7. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
8. Well versed with MS Word and Excel.
