西安交通大学管理学院会计与财务系是中国具有重要影响的会计与财务管理人员教育和会计学科创新与研究基地之一。我们的发展目标是：把会计学科建设成以国际化为导向，在国内会计与财务学术界以及实务界具有重要影响，学科水平处于国内前列，在国际上有一定影响的知名学科，并依托名牌专业的优势继续为社会持续培养国际化的会计实务人才以及研究型专业人才。为进一步加强学科建设，选拔高水平人才，提高人才培养的质量和科学研究水平，本系现（常年）面向海内外招聘教师。
一、招聘学科
会计学、财务管理、审计、金融、税收筹划等。
二、应聘条件
1．具有国内外知名大学相关专业博士学位;
2．曾在本专业国内外著名期刊上发表过学术论文;
3．主持或参加过国家重大科研项目；
4．具有一定的教学任职经验，教学效果好
5．年龄一般不超过45岁（特别突出或紧缺人才年龄可适当放宽）。
三、 应聘材料
1．应聘申请，包括本人意愿、工作设想、预期目标等；
2．本人简历（从大学至今，时间不间断）；
3．充分反映本人学术水平的有关材料，包括：论著目录、发表的专著论文清单及论文被收录和引用情况等；
4．两位国内外专家的推荐信。
四、应聘程序
1．请将个人应聘材料连同西安交通大学管理学院会计与财务系面向海内外公开招聘教师登记表（见附件）及本人的一张近照邮寄或E-mail至西安交通大学管理学院会计与财务系；
2．学院将组织专门的教师对应聘材料进行资格审查，确定来院答辩和试讲人员；
3．应聘人员答辩和试讲后，学院根据应聘人员的上述情况，确定录用人选；

The Department of Accounting & Finance at School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University invites applications for Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/Full Professor, starting from August 2011 or earlier. The appointment will initially be made on a three-year contract, with the possibility of renewal or on tenure for outstanding candidates. We offer competitive salary, research fund and housing allowance.
ABOUT OUR DEPARTMENT:
The Department of Accounting & Finance is one of the most influential bases for cultivating administrative talents and doing research in accounting and finance. Our aim is to build the first-class department that has high-quality accounting researchers and educators with excellent knowledge as well as skills in accounting, finance, other related fields and leadership. Our department is qualified to grant the Bachelor degree, Master degree and PhD. In order to meet the need of further development in the future, our department begins to implement the term appointment system and recruits overseas scholars, who love teaching and doing first-rate research.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Applicants, under 45 years old, should have a Ph.D. degree or ABD in accounting or finance from a prestigious business school;
2. The appointee should have strong research capacity; Candidates applying for associate or full professor positions should have several published articles in the major academic journals.
3. Be able to teach 2-3 undergraduate and graduate courses independently.
TREATMENT:
